GROUP CLASSES

Our foundational Reformer class focused on building strength, control, and confidence through the basic Pilates repertoire. Steady, intentional pace. Learn proper form, body awareness, and alignment to create a strong base for safe, effective movement. Designed to be revisited regularly as strength and awareness deepen.
Eligibility: Recommended for Pilates beginners and those new to our studio.
-
Our signature all-levels Reformer class. Layered modifications and progressions let clients work at their own pace, whether learning foundational exercises or incorporating intermediate work. Reflects the heart of the Pilates method: always more to learn, refine, and deepen.
Eligibility: Comfortable moving at own pace while listening to instructor cues. Prenatal clients with studio approval. New to our studio? Recommend a Private Session, Reformer I, or Classic Mat first.
-
Intermediate Reformer class where the repertoire increases in complexity, coordination, and pace. Continuous class flow with larger ranges of motion and increased stability demands, including kneeling or standing work on the Reformer.
Eligibility: Solid understanding of beginner repertoire, good form with core engagement and neutral spine, comfortable transitioning and adjusting springs independently. Studio approval required.
-
Our flagship class and the gold standard of any Pilates practice. Strength, control, and coordination tested through controlled, breath-driven movement. Builds deep core strength, improves posture and balance, develops coordination for daily life. Trains the body to move well using bodyweight alone. Props may be incorporated (Magic Circle, hand weights, ankle weights) for added support or challenge.
Eligibility: All levels welcome. Prenatal clients with studio approval.
-
Invigorating Reformer class that adds spring-supported jumping to build cardiovascular endurance in a low-impact format. Elevates heart rate while maintaining control, alignment, and joint support. Continuous, breath-driven flow blending rhythmic jumping with familiar Reformer work.
Eligibility: Prior Reformer Pilates experience required. Not recommended for pregnancy beyond 12 weeks, recent surgery, acute injuries, or conditions where elevated heart rate is contraindicated.
-
